These Terms of Service govern your use of emmatranslation.com and any services purchased from emmatranslation. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.
We provide professional translation and language services delivered digitally. Services include document translation, website localization, certified translation, interpretation, and proofreading. Each service is described in detail on the corresponding service page.
All prices are in USD. Payment is processed via Stripe at the time of order. We do not store payment card information.
Digital deliverables are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Timelines are specified per package and begin from brief approval. See our Delivery Policy for full details.
Each package includes one revision round. Clients must submit consolidated revision requests in writing. Additional revision rounds are available as a paid add-on.
All project materials are treated as confidential. Translators are bound by confidentiality agreements. NDAs are available on request at no charge.
Completed translations become the property of the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to reference the project type in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the applicable service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of translated materials.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes will be resolved in Marion County, Tennessee.
