How a project runs

Four stages. Clear expectations at every point so there are no surprises.

01
Submit Your Brief

Share your documents, target languages, and any context we should know about. Industry, audience, tone, and purpose all inform how we approach the work.

02
Translator Assigned

We assign a native-speaker translator with relevant subject expertise. Legal documents go to legal translators. Medical content goes to translators who understand medical language. Not generalists.

03
Quality Review

A second independent linguist reviews the translation for accuracy, terminology, and fluency. Problems found internally never reach your desk.

04
Delivery

Delivered as polished digital files in your preferred format. For certified translations, the certification is included with the file.

What to expect

We send a project confirmation within 24 hours of receiving your brief. You know who your translator is, what the delivery timeline is, and what to do if you have questions. Delivery always comes before or on the agreed date. If something changes on our end, we tell you immediately.
