All services from emmatranslation are delivered digitally. There are no physical products, shipments, or couriers involved. Deliverables are sent to the email address provided at checkout as PDF, Word, or other agreed file formats.
All timelines begin from brief approval, not from the date of payment. We will contact you within one business day of payment to confirm the project brief.
We can deliver translations in any common document format: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, TXT, or other formats on request. For website localization projects, we deliver in formats compatible with your CMS or as agreed.
If a delay occurs on our end, we will notify you by email immediately and provide a revised delivery date. We have not missed a deadline in over three years of operation.
