About this service
Document translation is our most requested service, and the one that carries the highest practical stakes for most clients. A contract that says the wrong thing in a foreign language is not a translated contract. It is a liability. A product manual with inaccurate safety instructions is more dangerous than no manual at all.
We assign every document to a translator who is a native speaker of the target language and who has relevant subject expertise. A legal document goes to someone who understands legal language, not just someone who speaks the language. A technical manual goes to someone with a technical background. This matching step is the most important thing we do, and it is what separates accurate translation from adequate translation.
What we handle
Business documents, legal contracts, court filings, financial statements, technical manuals, compliance documentation, academic records, personal documents, and more. If it matters enough to be translated, it matters enough to be translated accurately. We support all common source and target formats, including Word, PDF, and Excel, and we can preserve original formatting as part of the project.
Our quality process
Every translation goes through two independent stages. The assigned translator produces the initial translation. A second linguist then reviews it specifically for accuracy and terminology, without reference to the original until the review is complete. Errors caught in review stay internal. The document you receive has been checked.
